a balanced experience
perfect location friendly staff poor welcome grotty carpet
the hotel has a perfect location. breakfast catered to all dietary needs with veg, veg (without onion and garlic), and nonveg options. i found this accommodating. the staff were friendly. they were diligent at all times. they responded favorably to guest requests.
the welcome at reception was poor. i felt judged perhaps because of arriving with backpacks instead of suitcases. the bathroom was grubby. there were several stains on the grotty carpet.

soft beds musty smell
The location was acceptable. It offered direct access to the beach.
The beds were uncomfortable as they were too soft. The pillows were too high. The ac did not work properly. There was A musty smell in the room.

great location BY the beach
really good location short walk lovely views
the hotel boasts an really good location DIRECTLY on juhu beach. i appreciated the proximity to iskcon radha rasabihari temple, only a short walk away. the sunsets from the hotel were amazing offering lovely views.
i found that the rooms AND linen require better cleaning.

Fantastic Beachfront Experience
modern equipment separate sinks beach access
The gym had modern equipment, which I found very convenient. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel staff opened the locked access gate to the beach around the clock, something I greatly appreciated.
The carpets in the rooms seemed worn. A refresh would enhance the overall experience.

The location allows easy beach access, which I definitely enjoyed. This access provides a wonderful opportunity for morning walks and sunset views. The hotel's proximity to the beach made it wonderfully accessible.

The gym faces the beach and had necessary equipment for a good workout. The hotel pool looked well kept and inviting. A beautiful garden added to the hotel's relaxing ambiance. It was certainly a very pleasant element.

The staff was very warm and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated their responsiveness to my needs, and they maintained cleanliness in the room.

beach location sea view breakfast options unhappy staff poor service afternoon tea
The location is directly on the beach. The sea view was fantastic from my Grande rooms Ocean view. I enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the Indian breakfast. The grill restaurant has very good tandoori dishes and pamfret fish.
The staff are unhappy and unhelpful. The pool side service are very poor. I noted there are no afternoon tea and nowhere to have lunch inside.
